Who is The Homeowner Defense Network?

The Homeowner Defense Network (The HDN) is an education-based loan modification and forensic loan auditing business. We are not a loan modification company or a foreclosure consultant. Headquartered in Southern California, The HDN specializes in empowering homeowners across the United States through resources, knowledge, assistance and access to a network of attorneys and professional organizations specializing in protecting homeowners.

Since our inception, we’ve dealt with several loan modification companies and we’ve found that most are not good. As a result, we’ve put in countless hours into due diligence for our clients.

The HDN is a solution-oriented and client service-based organization. Our intention is to work ethically and in the best interest of our clients. In order to ensure our success rates are high, we can only help clients who have scenarios that are realistic, for example, income issues and hardship.

To begin, we always collect the appropriate documents to analyze clients’ cases to determine feasibility. As such, we do an initial risk-free underwrite of their file, as it’s not to the clients’ benefit nor ours to work on files that we don’t have a good shot at; it will only waste the clients’ time and money.
